Update 2024 Road Glide and Street Glide.
After months of trying to find someone who knew the step-by-step instructions to connect your
headset and your phone to make CarPlay work. I have finally figured it out.
How to make your Apple CarPlay work with your Cardo or Sena headset, on your 2024 Road
Glide and Street Glide.
First, if your Cardo or Sena and phone are connected, you need to disconnect your Cardo or
Sena from your phone, this step is the most important, and the one that was driving me crazy
and causing me problems problems.
Ok once this is done here are the step-by-step instructions to make it work.
1.
Connect your iPhone phone to your bike either with your wired connection or
Bluetooth. Wired is best.
2.
Connect your Cardo to your bike, using the bike pairing mode on your Cardo. To do
this you need to press the phone pairing button once you hear phone pairing roll the wheel
backwards until you hear Bike pairing mode. With the Sena just put it in pairing..
3.
Then you go to your motorcycle and click add new device and your Cardo or Sena can
be connected by selecting the paired headset.
4.
Once all this is connected, you can either use your phone or your TFT screen on your
motorcycle to connect to Maps, Music, or any other application that you wanna run.
